Peggy Punsel, COTA

Occupational Therapist Assistant | School Provider

Peggy is an occupational therapist assistant at the Fort Atkinson Therapy & Sport Center. She has a special interest in working with pediatrics, as well as the developmental and geriatric orthopedic populations. Mostly, she enjoys helping people. “I enjoy meeting new people and assisting them in returning to their previous abilities. Each person is unique in the way we need to address their concerns; either by adapting the way they complete tasks or adapting the tasks to allow that person to enjoy them. No matter what they want to get back to – gardening, cooking, playing with kids – we can help them return to the things they love.”

The two things that bring the most joy to Peggy’s life are her family and enjoying the outdoors. “In my spare time I enjoy being and playing with my children, biking, hiking, kayaking, skiing, swimming, going to the lake working in the garden—anything that allows us to appreciate nature.”
