Athletic Trainer

Lizzie is an Athletic Trainer at Fort HealthCare Therapy & Sport Center and provides outreach to Palmyra-Eagle High School.

I loved sports in high school and when I got hurt, I got to know my Athletic Trainer really well. I decided that I wanted to combine my need to help people and my love of sports.

My areas of interest include:  Massage therapy, sports rehab, and kinesio tape

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my mom, sister, and dog. I love taking my pupper to the park as well as reading books and baking cookies and other goodies.
